Citroën to unveil flagship model in Beijing

    Tue, 20 Mar 2012

Citroën has released two teaser images for a new luxury flagship model to be unveiled at the Beijing motor show next month, as part of its efforts to reposition the brand further upmarket with its DS model range. The car, which is to be the automaker's fourth and largest model in its DS range, appears to be a direct descendent of the Citroën Metropolis Concept, first seen at the Shanghai World Fair in 2010. Although it is unclear whether or not the model seen in the pictures will be the production version of the Metropolis, the two clearly share many design features.

Orphan Car Show highlights long-gone classics

    Wed, 13 Oct 2010

Marvelous as it is a setting for car shows, Riverside Park in Ypsilanti, Mich., does present a risk: The park is built in the floodplain of the Huron River. An impromptu “show” throughout nearby Depot Town and at the host Miller Motors Hudson/Ypsilanti Automotive Heritage Museum wasn't quite the same thing.

Subaru BRZ: First official BRZ picture

But now, with the Tokyo Motor Show and the official debut of the BRZ (and the FT-86) looming, we have the first photo of the Subaru offering in the Toybaru project. Developed by Subaru and Toyota – with, it seems, Subaru doing the oily bits and Toyota the styling – the ‘affordable’ sports car from Japan does seem to be a tempting offering.
