Citroen C4 Picasso

Citroen has released pictures of their new midi-MPV, the C4 Picasso, which will make its debut in Paris next month. The design mixes C4 hatchback and the C-AirLounge concept with broken lines and full surfaces that have come to define contemporary Citroens. A total glass area of 6.4sqm (including optional sunroof) promises excellent visibility from what is claimed to be class-leading interior space.

Peugeot 308 R Concept stars at the 2013 Frankfurt Motor Show

Peugeot’s hot new 308 R Concept hatchback has the new mk7 Volkswagen Golf GTI square in its sights here at the 2013 Frankfurt Motor Show. The regular 308 hatch is also making its debut, showing quality Peugeot hope will rival the likes of Volkswagen and Audi, but with the rather racy looking 308 R, the French firm is after the performance crown, too. Decision time at the dawn of the automated car

The Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers sent out a press release earlier this month in which they claim that by 2040 75% of the vehicles on the road will be autonomous. As much as I love driving, I have to admit that I won't bemoan the death of the traffic jam. I'll happily give up the crowded freeways and city streets if it means cheaper gas and abandoned back roads.
