Up for sale is a Vintage opaque projector called " The Spotlight " made by the J. Y. Taylor Co in Garland Texas -Very Retro !! works fine -a great piece of Art !! I put a plastic bag with writing on it on the tray and it projected it on the wall and focused very nicely -ready to use ! Its shows normal wear with some scuffs and marks on the paint. CCS students tackle GM project
Thu, 03 Jun 2010Seniors studying Transportation Design at the College for Creative Studies (CCS) in Detroit, Michigan, have recently completed a project with General Motors that has been underway since late 2009. General Motors challenged the students to design an Extended Range Electric Vehicle (EREV) that focused on the brand identity of Buick, Cadillac or Chevrolet, utilized the EREV components, and optimized aerodynamic attributes. Design features that incorporated sustainability materials and efficiency were also considered important components of the design development.
