Peugeot 408 GT teased ahead of Beijing 2014 debut
Mon, 10 Feb 2014Peugeot will show a new concept car at the 2014 Beijing Motor Show this April, hinting at a small four-door coupe that could rival the Mercedes-Benz CLA. The prototype will most likely be based on the French firm’s current 308 hatchback – underpinned by PSA Peugeot Citroen’s latest EMP2 platform – and will continue to evolve the brand’s new design direction. McLaren GT comes home to Woking in England
Fri, 25 May 2012The picturesque town of Woking, Surrey, in the south of England is home to the McLaren Technology Center (MTC), the McLaren Automotive factory that builds the MP4-12C supercar and, soon, a dedicated facility for McLaren GT. McLaren GT is a branch within the McLaren Automotive Group, started in 2011, that supplies MP4-12C GT3s for competition. The space is a 60,000-square-foot facility that housed McLaren Racing from 1987 to 2004.

Based on the Corolla sedan, the sporty five-door 'crossover' has been totally redesigned for the 2009 model year. Development of the new Matrix focused on svelte exterior styling with enhanced interior utility and improved performance.
