*simple Conversion Kit For Vega Gt Tachometer, Converts 4cyl Tach To V8 Tach* on 2040-parts.com
Aguanga, California, US
Up for auction is a simple do it yourself DIY kit to convert a Chevy Vega GT Tach, so it will work on a V8 Vega Conversion.
A stock Vega Tach will read double the RPM's on a V8 conversion, But after doing the conversion, it will read correctly.
No need to cut holes in your dash to mount a New Tach, Keep that stock look, and save money by not having to purchase a new Tach.
You must have a working tach, this will not repair a non-working tach...
Kit will include: easy to follow instructions with illustrations (due to my printer not working i will email the winner the instructions, please contact me when you receive kit.), and capacitors.
You will have to remove the tach from the dash, and you will also need to have a soldering gun and rosin core solder.
My supplier, is running low on the capacitors needed for these kits. I don't know how long I will have these kits available, so don't miss out...
Thanks for looking.
