Audi R8 V12 Diesel canned – but it’s old news

Thu, 07 May 2009

The Audi R8 V12 Diesel - Audi confirm it won't be built [ad#ad-1] The interweb is full of stories today revealing that Audi has dropped plans to produce a diesel version of the fabulous R8. The Audi R8 V12 diesel was first shown to a pretty astonished motoring press (and it takes a lot to astonish us) at the Detroit Motor show early last year. So keen were Audi to get the press on-side with the car and the whole concept of a diesel supercar, that they made the R8 diesel available for motoring journalists to have a play.

The Focus has a very good set of road manners and the ability to produce an enjoyable drive. Yet somehow the S40 conspires to be not quite as good as the Focus; much more average than you’d expect when you start to push on.

Suzuki to unveil 'S-Cross' in Paris

Mon, 17 Sep 2012

Suzuki has revealed a teaser image of its new S-Cross concept car which the automaker will be debuting at next week's Paris motor show. The S-Cross, which indicates an impending C-segment crossover model, is designed to represent a theme of "Emotion x Quality x Aerodynamics" through the use of distinctive dynamic lines that flow from the front fender across the doors and end at the rear of the body. Suzuki have left us with very little else to go on, and so we'll have to wait until next week's show to find out more.
