USED, BUT IN GOOD APPEARANCE CONDITION. I'M SELLING THIS AS IS BECAUSE I HAVE NOT TESTED IT. I WILL NOT BE ACCEPTING RETURNS FOR THIS.

SHIPPING & HANDLING:
Will be shipped only
to the address provided by PayPal. I ship on Tuesdays & Thursdays. If
multiple items are purchased I will combine shipping charge. Local pickup is
always welcome in a timely manner.

within one week from date of sale. If payment is not received the item will be
relisted and a non-payer alert will be sent! Payment is accepted through PayPal
ONLY.
RETURN POLICY:

and try to list the item very detailed with measurements and/or detailed

email me before bidding. I do not accept returns on items you decide you
don't like. If you receive an item that was not as described or there
was an error, please contact me and I will issue a full refund plus the
shipping cost to return it to me in the same manner I shipped it to you.

item back in my possession within 7 days of your receiving it.

Habib has held the position of Head of Exterior Design since March 2011 and will take up his new role at the start of next month.
