Old rim split rim and rough tire , tire size is 30x3 1/2 inch, rim is 23 and measures 24 1/4 inch to the very outside inch. Shipping price to lower 48 I have many similar rims with tires. Some rims may be missing mounting tabs look closely. This tire seems to hold air. Please see my other items. Thanks
