Used Not Running Honda 70 cc engine for parts, or repair.

This has been sitting in my garage for many years , I got it is just as you see it. I was going to rebuild this engine for a project and never got around to it.
Engine is not froze up , but does not turn over all the way, I can turn the flywheel by hand back and forth but something is stopping it before top center?  It does shift up and down. There is a broken exhaust stud in head, but it is still a little above, and no one has messed with it yet. Shifter splines look ok, kick splines not so good. cases and head fins look good.
This engine needs a rebuild , or to be used for parts. Please do not bid thinking you can bolt in your bike and ride away. What you see in the pictures are all the parts I have.

I have a styrofoam surround from a clone I purchased that I can box for shipping, It should stand up safely to  USPS Economy for the best rate.

Mazda's rotary spins to its 40th

Thu, 31 May 2007

By Tim Pollard Motor Industry 31 May 2007 02:03 Mazda yesterday celebrated 40 years of making rotary engines. It remains the only mainstream manufacturer persisting with this type of motor and has built 1.97 million of them since 1967. Rotary engines came to prominence in the 1950s as manufacturers experimented with turbine engines, but most admitted defeat in the face of technical difficulties and the inherent thirst of rotary units.
