You are looking at a previously loved
set of roof rails for the Volvo 850 series up through the 2000 V70/ XC series
wagons. These are the thick rails with the
channel on the bottom to add the cross pieces for increased versatility (not included). They mount directly to the vehicle by
removing the existing trim and exposing the factory mounting holes.
Though these are used, they are in overall great shape. The rails have the occasional scuff or scratch. Also, one of feet that hold the trim under the rail has broken off, but this will not matter once they are mounted. This set will not come with the trim pieces from the hood up or of the last small segments of trim on either side. Though is not supplied with this auction it may be fashioned from your existing trim. The trim under the rails shows the typical amount fade (easy fix with some Back in Black) and some cracking. This is very typical on this trim as they age. I have found that this portion of the trim is only a covering and can be removed to expose the shinny metal underneath or easily fixed with the application of some new vinyl! (see last pic, for demonstration purposes only, to show one of the possibilities). Overall, they are in great shape and gonna look great once mounted to your wagon! Ford Fiesta “Centura” – 100 years of Ford UK

And to celebrate that landmark they’ve revealed the Ford Fiesta Centura, a limited edition of just 1,000 cars. Based on the Fiesta 1.25 Zetec, the Fiesta Centura gets £600 worth of extras – metallic paint (Panther Black only), chrome mirrors, 16″ alloys, auto lights and wipers, rear parking sensors, reversing camera and LED running lights – and costs £13,395 for the three-door and £13,995 for the five door.
Vuhl to debut 05 car at Goodwood Festival
Tue, 12 Mar 2013A Mexico-based carmaker says it will debut what it calls a supercar at the Goodwood Festival of Speed in July. The company is named Vuhl—pronounced “vool”—and its first product will be the 05, described as a road-legal lightweight car engineered for the track. We don't know much about the 05, and Vuhl didn't give us much to go on besides a teaser photo of the car's front end.
