You are bidding on a New Set of WILD RIDES LOWER & UPPER CONTROL ARM TORQUE BOX SUPPORT aka: THE ORIGINAL "FOX BODY" BATTLE BOX ™ COMBO PACK.  I purchased this set new from Chassis-Innovator and never found time to install them.  I purchased them for $89.99, so my loss is your gain.  Please see specifications below:

"Battle Box ™" is a Wild Rides Trademark, don't be fooled by inferior imitations!

You needed it and Wild Rides Designed and Developed it, the BATTLE BOX.  It’s an easy to install, inexpensive, MONEY BACK GUARANTEED chassis reinforcement kit. This kit designed for cars with a fox chassis, (79-93 Mustangs, Fairmont’s, Cougars, Capri’s etc.) which are know to have a problem with rear end housing control arm mounting points ripping apart. So, we brought you the worlds first lower (Battle Box) torque box reinforcement kit and then the worlds first upper torque box reinforcement kit.

Why do you need this product? All the stresses applied from Hard Launches & Hard Braking go through your rear upper & lower control arms and directly to the chassis mounting points of those arms. It’s been proven time and time again that FORD missed the boat on this one that’s for sure.  Ripped, bent & destroyed boxes are a common problem and once the damage is done, it’s a costly repair that is not always done right. This is the solution for preventing future and repairing current Torque Box problems complete with a Money Back Guarantee.

What will it do for you? WILD RIDES BATTLE BOXES will improve your handling & 60’ times, lower your ET’s, increase consistency & prevent chassis damage.

Toyota Prius T Spirit Review & Road Test (2010 / 2011)

Sun, 12 Dec 2010

We spend a week with the Toyota Prius There are many – us included – who thought it extremely unlikely that Toyota would ever want to send us any of their hybrid cars for review. Much less – in light of our oft stated dislike of the Prius and all the motoring piousness it represents – let us review the latest  Toyota Prius But it turns out that Toyota are a decent bunch of chaps who believe that their cars – even their hybrid cars – are capable of standing up to scrutiny, even with our well known antipathy to the whole hybrid direction. And let’s face it, so entrenched is the Prius as a ‘Planet Saver’ in the minds of many that even if we simply confirm our opinion after a week of playing it’s not really going to make much difference to Toyota.

Ford F-150 beefed up for municipal use

Mon, 11 Jun 2012

The Ford F-150 joins the likes of the Taurus and the Explorer in offering a package aimed specifically at those who protect and serve. While the Police Interceptor versions of the Explorer and the Taurus are being marketed strictly to law-enforcement agencies, the F-150 Special Service Vehicle is available to all government, municipal and commercial fleet customers. The SSV Package will be available as a no-cost option on both extended-cab and crew-cab F-150s sold to fleets.
