The Infiniti Emerg-E will debut at Geneva 2012 The Infiniti Emerg-E – an electric sports car with a range extender engine – will debut as a concept at the Geneva Motor Show. Infiniti has been teasing the new range extender concept sport car they are taking to Geneva for the last month or so, with the usual teaser photos and dearth of real detail. With Ram pickups no longer part of its lineup, Dodge is repositioning itself as a sporty brand for all ages. As the brands diverge, Ram keeps the distinctive ram's head logo, while Dodge will have a new script logo that will be revealed this year on the restyled Charger sedan and the Durango replacement. Sources say Dodge may eventually lose its cross-hair grille, which will stay with Ram.

POTHOLES cause 'over £1 billion in damage every year'

POTHOLES are costing British drivers £1.2 billion every year due to damage to suspension, steering and wheels. This is a 16% rise in the cost of damage to cars on the UK’s roads and the weather has played a major part in the rise in the number of potholes. Councils say they don’t have the money to deal with the problem due to budget cuts and there has also been an 18% increase in the number of dangerous potholes reported during the past 12 months according to the Asphalt Industry Alliance (AIA).
