All our airbags are shipped via UPS ground ONLY , packed safely by a Hazmat certified shipper, using airbag specific DOT certified boxes and packaging. The shipping costs are high because of the requirements in the packaging and shipping of airbags. We ship only to 47 contiguous US states, we WILL NOT SHIP to New York. Per New York state law, if you are a resident of New York you cannot purchase this item.
The picture is an attempt to accurately show the color of the airbag, but there may be slight differences between vehicles and years. I can't allow returns on airbags due to the hazmat shipping requirements so ALL AIRBAGS ARE SOLD AS IS.
Used airbags are not tested to meet any safety standards. They must be used in accordance with the vehicle manufacturer's specifications to function properly. A qualified installer is responsible for testing functionality. Airbags incorrectly installed could result in serious injury or death. The purchaser of an airbag agrees to accept all risks of damages or injuries, including death, relating to the use of a used airbag.
The picture is of the actual part you are receiving.
For sale is a LH (driver's side) steering wheel airbag removed from a 2000 Dodge Durango. The airbag is brown in color, and is in good shape (there is an area on the top right where the brown color is missing as I've tried to show in the 3rd picture).
Note: The VIN of the vehicle it was removed from will be included with the airbag when shipped.

Dodge Hornet is go
Wed, 04 Jul 2007By Tim Pollard Motor Industry 04 July 2007 12:30 The newly independent Chrysler Group has saved its deal with Chinese maker Chery - which means that the Dodge Hornet is a step closer to production. Dodge needs a partner with which to develop new smaller cars, like the Hornet, as it's too cash-strapped to fund them solo. The deal signed last night means that the two car makers will 'work together to develop, manufacture and distribute Chery-made small and sub-compact cars in North America, Europe and other major automotive markets under the Chrsyler Group brands.' No mention was made of the Hornet, but Chyrsler’s international director for sales and marketing, has previously told CAR Online that the firm would produce the butch supermini.
