It is a used factory original part, it came off Jaguar S-type 2000. It has some signs of wear like slight scratches/surface imperfections/ALSO THERE ARE A FEW SLIGHT CRACKS ON THE EDGE that should not effect anything (see the pictures), some dust from lying around, but overall it is in a usable condition, all tabs are intact. The molding should fit Jaguar S-type 2000-2004.

The most recent advance in vehicle safety has to be the autonomous emergency braking system (AEB) – a sophisticated suite of sensors and electronics that monitors objects in front of your car, automatically applying the brakes for you if it senses you’re heading to hit something. Up until now these auto-brake features have not been rated, but ahead of a new 2014 test that will include AEB systems in its overall safety star scoring, Euro NCAP has put the some of the vehicles already equipped with this technology through their paces. Autoweek reader and frequent spy-shot contributor Spencer Abbott sends these photos of what appears to be a Ford Galaxy MPV -- or minivan, as we typically call the vehicles stateside -- testing in metropolitan Detroit. The Galaxy received a facelift in 2010, and that appears to be what we're seeing in these photos. Your guess is as good as ours as to why the vehicle was out and about near Ford's Dearborn, Mich., headquarters.
