The items we sell on EBay are returned merchandise with minor scratches, defects or flaws (which will be clearly explained in item descriptions).  Occasionally items can be new, never use or install due to factory order errors.  They are either displayed, open-box, return items due buyer simply changed their mind or minor damage due to shipping. 

All items had been inspected and tested carefully.  All parts are functional and working (except for minor scratches and scuff marks, not brand new) if any parts are not working properly it will be clearly listed as such and price will also reflect as such.
