Return:  All returns must be submitted within 14 days of receiving, along with  the original receipt or invoice. The shipping cost is not refundable.  You need to have return authorization by contacting us. There will be no  restocking fee for every good item returned.

**We strongly suggest/urge all parts to be installed by a certified  mechanic.  Parts broken due to home installations are NOT covered.   We will ask for proof of installation by a certified mechanic before all  approved warranty replacements.
