Up for sale is a good used OEM Ford Mach subwoofer removed from a 2004 Escape Hybrid. It is in good condition and both the amp and sub have been tested and work great. This includes just what is shown in the pictures. I have cut part of the main body harness of the vehicle it was removed from and got the retaining clips/bolts along with the ground wire bolt for the amp to make it easier to retrofit in a vehicle that did not come with the premium audio package. Please note that it will require additional wiring if the vehicle did not have one from the factory. Also make sure to check the part number to make sure it will fit your vehicle. SPD starts collaboration with VW Group Design on Masters program
Thu, 05 Aug 2010Scuola Politecnica di Design (SPD) and Volkswagen Group Design are starting a new five year collaboration program focused on the development of experimental mobility projects for Lamborghini, Audi and Volkswagen. The Milan, Italy-based university is offering eight scholarships to participate to the one year Master Program in Car and Transportation Design, which will take place from 21 October 2010 to October 2011. The university is currently accepting applications from students and professionals from all over the world, with the aim of providing training with the protagonists of automotive design.

Inspired by the company's success in this year's Le Mans 24 hour race, Kumho decided to employ its conceptual abilities to create their version of an environmentally-friendly Le Mans car of the future. Designed around innovative tire technology, the 'blue sky' Epoch eco-friendly racing car is the first in a series of concept vehicles set to be developed by Kumho over the next few years.
