Original owner's manuals set for: 2001 Porsche Boxster + Boxster S (986 chassis) cabriolet models.

1- Genuine Porsche embossed black (leatherette style) manuals pouch (storage case) --- in good condition - the thin vinyl material covering the seams has become loose because of the hot climate while in storage and leaves some flake residue - please see photos!

2- Owner's Manual Boxster / Boxster S (WKD 986 021 01   6/00) 224 pages --- in great condition - minor soil marks on the back cover!

3- Warranty & Customer Information 2001 (PNA 900 123 01   Edition 4/00) 84 pages --- great condition - no prior ownership information has been entered - both transfer of ownership cards are present!

4- Maintenance booklet (WKD 900 021 01   3/00) --- first in service date stamped in July 2001 @ 37 miles - original vehicle's info page has been removed - one other service stamp has been recorded in Apr 2004!

5- CDR 220 / CR 220 sound system operation manual

6- Dealer Directory April 2000 booklet

7- Coverages - Warranty and Roadside Assistance For Model Year 2001 pamphlet

Overall this manuals set is in GREAT condition, but some light smudge marks are noticeable!

Lotus enthusiasts looking to wring a little more power out of their rides now have a potent option: a supercharger kit for the Elise and Exige models. The kits boost power in the naturally aspirated versions from about 189 hp to 218 hp and improve torque from 133 lb-ft to 155 lb-ft. Even better, this added power comes on quicker, with peak torque coming on at 5,000 rpm, rather than 6,800 rpm.

Hyundai plans bigger V8 for Genesis, Equus

When the Hyundai Equus luxury sedan goes on sale this fall, it will be powered by the 4.6-liter Tau V8 from the Genesis sedan. But at an unspecified later date, both the Equus and Genesis sedans will get a new 5.0-liter version of the Tau engine making 429 hp and 376 lb-ft of torque. Hyundai also is working on all-wheel drive for its rear-wheel-drive cars, which is to say the Genesis and Equus, which ride on different versions of the same platform.
