Ever since the Bentley Arnage bit the dust, to be replaced by the Mulsanne, Bentley has been without a convertible at the top of its range. But that looks set to change if enough potential buyers say ‘yes, please’ to the idea of a Bentley Mulsanne Convertible, which is why Bently has revealed the sketches above (and below) of a possible Mulsanne Convertible.
Bogus DVLA websites costing motorists
Mon, 10 Feb 2014A number of websites claiming to offer Driver and Vehicle Licencing Agency (DVLA) test booking services are costing drivers up to three times as much for routine applications, according to new reports. The Office of Fair Trading has confirmed that these fake sites exceed the standard DVLA costs for booking a driving theory or practical test – priced at £31 and £62 respectively – but that the independently run services are not actually illegal. Wed, 02 Apr 2008Indian automaker Tata has been front page news often in recent times, first because of the impressive one-lakh Nano, which changes the automotive industry playing field, and most recently because of its acquisition of Jaguar and Land Rover from Ford's Premiere Automotive Group for the tidy sum of $2.3 billion - less than half what Ford paid for both companies in 1989. At the helm of Tata's design efforts is Pierre Castinel, Head of Design. Though only officially announced in March this year, Castinel has been active at Tata since he left Renault in summer 2007, a company he worked at for 20 years. Castinel started as a modeler for Peugeot and worked there for three years.
