Shipping

Orders are shipped out within 24 hours of receiving payment unless payment is received on the weekend, which in that case, the item will be shipped out on the following Monday.

Payment

Instant payment thru paypal is preferred, however we will allow up to 4 days for payment after item has ended. Credit Card payments must be processed over the phone, call 540-436-3040.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase. The buyer is responsible for return shipping. There is a restocking fee for all returns. This fee will equal the cost of the original shipping plus any additional eBay or PayPal fees that Blue Ridge Cycles, LLC incurred as a result of the order. When the return is a result of our error, there won't be a restocking fee. There are no returns on electronic items because electrical problems elsewhere in your bike can damage components that are placed in the system. We test run our bikes before parting them out to ensure everything is in good working order.

Buyers pay insured shipping to anywhere in the United States. Additional charge for HI, AK, APO & PR. We try and ship items within 24 hours after payment is received with FEDEX or USPS at our discretion. We will ship to APO & FPO but cannot guarantee shipping time.

International:
Import duties, taxes charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges, These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying. Shipping times can take up to 30 days. Priority and Express shipping is an option for these items. Items shipped outside the United States will be shipped via USPS or RRD at our discretion.
