WARRANTY

Our company guarantee all parts to be in good working condition and as described. We test every item before removal of the donor vehicle and again before shipment. We do not cover damage from misuse, abuse, alterations or improper installation of the product. All engines and transmissions are sold with 30 days warranty. Warranty covers internal parts (long block) only and no accessories. Engines, transmissions, and all electrical components must be installed by a ASE certified repair shop/facility and paid service receipt must be provided for any warranty claim.

RETURN POLICY

Refund is available only if the item received is different from the description, it is not as described, or it is not in working condition.
Refund will be given only in the form of exchange for the same item. If the same item is NOT available then refund will be given in the same method used for original purchase.
20% restocking fee will be charged on all refunds bought incorrectly. Items must be returned undamaged. Please contact us for RMA number.
We do not cover damage from misuse, abuse, alterations or improper installation of the product.
All return shipping fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. We do not cover, reimburse, refund or exchange ANY return shipping charges.
All returning items must be received back at our location and inspected by our staff before replacement is send out or refund is given.
Please understand that you are purchasing used item and not new (unless new is specified in the description). Normal wear is expected.

All parts are available for pick up from our location in ODESSA, DELAWARE.
Posted shipping charges or FREE shipping (where applicable) only apply to the 48 continental USA states. Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico buyers must contact us prior purchase for a shipping quote/cost.
All orders are shipped via USPS, UPS or FEDEX.
After payment is complete please allow 24 to 48 hours for handling and packaging. Delivery takes 2-3 business days on priority shipping and 5-7 business days on ground orders.
Large items such as Engines, Transmissions, Body panels etc... are shipped via Freight Services. Delivery of such items is to a business/commercial address. Residential delivery is possible for $100.00 extra. Please e-mail us for a quote on all Freight orders.
Our shipping charge includes: cost of postage, handling, packing materials, and paperwork (if international).
We prepare and pack your order as careful as possible.
We do ship INTERNATIONAL. Buyer is responsible for all customs fees and charges.
