This item is a used factory Lexus SC 430 passenger side xenon hid headlight. It will fit 2007 to 2010 SC 430. This headlight comes with the ballast and adaptive motor, tested to be in working order. It is missing everything else, including all bulbs, sockets and covers. All mounting tabs are intact/undamaged. The ear that the top of the bumper attaches to is broken but there is enough of the hole there to keep it firmly in place. No reaper is required. The lens is in excellent used condition.
