02 03 04 FORD F250SD 5.4L V8 ENGINE ASSEMBLY OEM All engines DO NOT include starter, alternator, steering pump, turbo or supercharger, A/C compressor, plastic engine covers, ECU, coil pack, distributor or throttle bodies. All engines are sold as a long block, all other included components are considered convenience items and are not covered by our warranty. Most engines will include the intake manifolds, exhaust manifolds, fuel system, harness, and sensors but it will be noted on the listing if any are included. These items are not guaranteed or covered under our guarantee. You should expect to use your existing intake manifold(s), exhaust manifold(s), sensors, and harness to eliminate complications when installing a used engine. Changing the timing belt is recommended on engines with a belt. The timing belt is a maintenance item. If the timing belt is not changed and you have an issue related to the timing belt we will not be able to warranty the engine. In the event a part sold with a warranty fails to operate within the warranty period we will replace the part(s) with a functionally equivalent part or refund the part purchase price, at our option. No refund on deposits or unwanted special order parts or special "cut" items. WARRANTY PERIOD BEGINS ON THE DAY THE PART IS DELIVERED. BMW to supply engines to Saab, reports say
Mon, 27 Sep 2010Saab and BMW AG have agreed on a deal that allows the Swedish carmaker to use engines made by BMW, according to a person with direct knowledge of the matter. Saab will initially purchase BMW engines for the 9-3 model that is scheduled for release in late 2012, said the person, who asked not to be identified before a contract is signed. The carmakers plan to sign and announce the pact in Trollhattan, Sweden, on Wednesday, the person said.

Based on the current-gen but pre-facelift S-class the S500 Plug-in Hybrid achieves over 88mpg but only emits 74g/km, and the company claims the car demonstrates 'the future of Mercedes' modular set of hybrid systems.' All next-gen S-classes are expected to get stop/start technology as standard, while full hybrid and plug-in hybrids will also be offered. Merc is claiming that its S500 Plug-in Hybrid is the world’s first 'three-litre' limo, offering 88.3mpg (or 3.2l/100km), figures that shame the Lexus LS600h (30.4mpg), BMW’s 7 ActiveHybrid (29.1) and even the company’s own S400 Hybrid (35.8).
