Morgan Aero Supersports (2009) first pictures

Mon, 27 Apr 2009

By Ben Pulman (photography by Mike Goodbun) First Official Pictures 27 April 2009 10:30 At this weekend’s Villa D'Esta Concorso d'Eleganza, and as part of the company’s centenary celebrations, Morgan unveiled this stunning Aero Supersports. Which is what this car essentially is, as the demand for 100 Aeromax hardtops was just so great that Morgan decided to build another similar model. The Supersports uses the same 4.8-litre V8 as the Aeromax, comes with a wood and leather-covered interior and features a bonded aluminium chassis that is cloaked by superformed aluminium panels.

VAT-free Alto offer extended

Fri, 01 Nov 2013

YOUNG car buyers have some early festive cheer to celebrate, with the announcement that Suzuki has extended its ‘VAT-free’ offer on the cute Alto city car model until the end of the year. The deal effectively takes £1,200 off the list price of the entry-level Alto SZ. That makes the five-door runabout just £5,999 to buy, and with a low deposit of £779 it can be driven away for £99 per month.

The AA said petrol retailers and others had predicted that the UK's average cost of petrol would rise by up to 4p a litre in July.
