Issue:

Both driver and passenger sides have minor scratches and scuff marks on lens. Lights have been tested, and are in working condition. Both driver and passenger side lens have signs of condensation, indicating the seal may be broken, and water may be leaking inside. Both driver and passenger side black paint on the edges has not been properly applied, and spots can be seen. Passenger side lens is chipped, and the piece is included. This item does not come with light bulbs, or instructions on how to install.
