You are bidding on a gas tank pulled from a 2002 Kawasaki Vulcan Mean Streak 1500.  This part was pulled from a CLEAN and RUNNING Mean Streak 1500.  Part is 100% functional with OEM finish.  On the left side there is a ding.  On the right side there is major damage.  Please view posted pics for exact condition.

 

This is an OEM Kawasaki part.  NOT aftermarket of sub-par quality... there is a reason those parts are so cheap.  Also aftermarket parts can take WEEKS to get to you from overseas.  We ship within 1 business day so you will get you part quickly and you bike back on the road.

 

INTERCHANGE ...  This part will work on a 2002-2003 Mean Streak 1500 and a 2004-2008 Mean Streak 1600.  Bike color was OEM Candy Gold Spark.

Engine and oversize shipping - We ship our engines and very large items via freight truck shipping.  Items will ship to a business address or can be picked up at a freight terminal.  Residential delivery is avail at extra cost. 

DAMAGED ITEMS

Damaged Items - If you feel your item has been damaged in shipping please contact us.  Keep the original box the item was shipped in and we will file a claim with the shipping carrier.  This process varies from carrier to carrier so please contact us.

Highway Code braking distances questioned

THE ACCURACY of facts and figures in the Highway Code has been called into question after research by the RAC showed that many drivers underestimate official stopping distances. As part of the organisation's Report on Motoring 2014, drivers were asked to identify the Highway Code's stated stopping distances from different speeds, but the majority “seriously underestimated” the figures. However, a separate survey by Right Driver of 1,000 Advanced Driving Instructors (ADIs) revealed that the vast majority strongly believe that the official braking distances have become irrelevant and should be updated.
