Porsche Panamera revealed at Shanghai Motor Show

Sun, 19 Apr 2009

Porsche has finally officially revealed the Porsche Panamera at the Shanghai Motor Show As we’ve said before, the Panamera is not the most stunning looking of cars, and is left in the wake of the Aston Martin Rapide in the style department. But it would seem to us that Porsche is going to have another Cayenne-like success on its hands with the Panamera. Renault replaces Scenic with Renault Scenic XMOD Crossover

Mon, 04 Feb 2013

The Renault Scenic is no more, to be replaced by a rufty-tufty crossover with a raised ride height called the Renault Scenic XMOD. But Renault think they have the answer to the problem and are following the lead of partner Nissan – who junked their mainstream cars and replaced them with crossovers (step forward the Qashqai and Juke) – by dumping the Scenic and replacing it with the Scenic XMOD. The Renault Scenic XMOD isn’t a new car, but the Scenic with a facelift, raised ride height, butch bolt on bits and a nod to 4WD with a new Grip Xtend Traction control system.

2011 BMW 6-Series Convertible debuts

Thu, 18 Nov 2010

The 2011 BMW 6 Series Convertible - on sale March 2011 Perhaps BMW wants to grab a slice of the top-end convertible action next Spring, or maybe they just fancied turning normal model launch convention on its head by launching the soft-top first. But whatever BMW’s reasoning the fact is that we will get the 2011 BMW 6-Series Convertible in March, probably six months before the 6-Series Coupe arrives. The 2011 6-Series Convertible is, you won’t be shocked to learn, exactly what we’ve been expecting for quite some time (we even brought you the first photo of the 2011 BMW 6-Series Convertible last month) and is a topless take on the new BMW 6 Series Coupe we saw at Frankfurt back in September.
