BMW i Store in London previews new BMW i3 Concept

The first BMW i Store has opened in London’s Park Lane and previews a new version of the BMW i3 Concept fitted with BMW i Pedelec Concept bicycles. Despite BMW appearing to go cool on their Project i, the first BMW i Store has opened in Park Lane, London. Positioned alongside the BMW Park Lane and MINI Park Lane Showrooms, the BMW i Park Lane Showroom has been opened to help car buyers get a better idea of what BMW i cars are all about ahead of the launch of the i3.

While the Mini Countryman might be destined for suburban mumsville, BMW has confirmed the new model will also terrorise the countryside in the form of the WRC Mini from 2011, with IRC champ Kris Meeke at the wheel. The redone Audi Q7 will bow at the Shanghai motor show this month, with slight interior and exterior freshenings. It launches this fall as a 2010 model. The Q7 gets a new lighting design, LED running lights and chrome touches on the bumpers, door panels and handles, as well as new wheel designs.
