Up for bid is a set of 454 rectangular port casting number 026 heads. My starting price is less than I have in these heads. I really hate to get rid of these heads as I have a 71 Chevelle that I had planned to use them on but my plans have changed and so they now need to go, so here is your chance to grab these. These are rare heads that were only produced two years, 71 and 72. These heads have been completely gone through with all new parts. They have new stainless steel valves 2.25/1.88. They have new guides installed and have been surfaced to make sure they are true. They are set up for a hydraulic cam with springs that are good up to .580 lift. They have all new hardware with 10 degree locks and retainers. These heads have been magnafluxed and checked for cracks and were found good. They have not been ported. CCS launches MFA degree programs
Fri, 30 Jan 2009The College for Creative Studies in Michigan, USA, is set to launch new Master of Fine Arts (MFA) degree programs in Design and Transportation Design. The new courses, which launch in Fall 2009, will give students a broad scope of skills and experience in 2D and 3D design, and will include a basic study in business that will take place at the University of Michigan's respected Stephen M Ross School of Business. CCS says that this will equip graduates with the tools required to implement concepts and make strategic decisions - increasingly important parts of a 21st century car designer's skillset.
