I am careful with all of the % ratings and try to be conservative (for example if I measure 60 to 70 % I'll state 60%)

NOTE: To maximize the wear of an uneven wear tire (e.g.60- 60-90% tire) the 90% edge needs to be mounted toward the "high" wear side of the wheel (typically the outside edge on the front, and variable on the rear depending on your suspension set up)
