RETURNS

The customer is responsible for all the freight charges on the return of defective items and no replacement part will be sent until our staff have inspected and verified the returned defective item in question. 

The customer is responsible for all the shipping charges for the returned product. You must have a RA number or Return Authorization number from 1 Import Specialist, before you can return your product. Please have the RA number written on the outside of the package. Any returns arriving to our warehouse without a RA number will be refused. Also, include the invoice with your returned package.

The symposium will feature presentations from internationally renowned speakers on the future of individual mobility in megacities, with participants from all over the world. The goal of the summit is to ‘build knowledge networks', focusing on the subject of "Energies - what forces will change the cities of the future?" Expert speakers such as Saskia Sassen, Carlo Ratti, Ludger Hovestadt and Charles Leadbeater will be among those who will discuss how mobility and the urban space must develop to meet the demands of future cities.
