Fri, 07 Sep 2012Toyota will reveal the new 2013 Auris, Auris Tourer Estate and Verso MPV at this month’s Paris Motor Show. We’ve already had the reveal of the new Toyota Auris ahead of the Paris Motor Show, but it won’t just be the new Auris that’s on Toyota’s stand. For the first time we are getting a Toyota Auris Tourer (Estate) added to the Auris range and aimed straight in to the firing line of the new Ford Focus Estate and Vauxhall Astra Sports Tourer.
Citroen DS3 DStyle Pink & DSport Pink special editions revealed
Mon, 06 Jan 2014Citroen DS3 DStyle Pink & DSport Pink special editions revealed The Citroen DS3 is one of our favourite cars – although it is starting to get a bit long in the tooth now – and Citroen has decided to give New Year sales a bit of a boost by launching a pair of ‘Pink’ Special Edition DS3s for the UK. Both Pink Special Editions – the DS3 DStyle Pink & DSport Pink – come with a fuchsia pink roof, door mirrors and wheel centre caps and a fuchia pink painted dashboard and colour-cided gear knob to carry on the pinkness inside. Either model can be had with a Polar White or Perla Nera Black paint job and extra toys to make them a bit more appealing, with a total of four engines available across the DStyle and DSport.
2012 VW Beetle: UK prices and models revealed
Thu, 20 Oct 20112012 VW Beetle: UK prices and models revealed Perhaps the title of VW’s press release for the 2012 Beetle details for the UK best illustrates exactly what VW hope to achieve with the new Beetle: “Less Flower, More Power”. Which is probably the only way VW are going to get anyone in Europe – certainly any male in Europe – to take a serious look at a car which is perceived as a pointless rehash of a once iconic car in to a fashion accessory for those who don’t love cars. So now you know the flower vase has lost its pride of place, and the 2012 Beetle is a bit more of a car and a bit less of a fashion accessory, you may want to know what’s on offer.
