You are bidding on a the COMPLETE CENTER DASHBOARD CONSOLE removed from a 2004 Jaguar S-Type Sedan. Included in the Console are 1. Navigation Display Part Number: 1X4310E889 FB 2. AM FM Radio Part Number 4X43-18B876-BC 3.CD Player 4. Heated Seat Switches.This Unit was found in Some but Not All Jaguar S-Types built from 2003 through 2007. But to be absolutely certain that this Item meets your needs you must match Part Numbers. Everything being sold here is Guaranteed to be in Excellent Shape both Visually and Mechanically. All mounting Tabs are Intact. I did not test every possible component on the Console. What I did Bench test in considerable detail is the Climate Control. All Buttons modulate properly. All Functions tested worked well. I am making the assumption that if the Climate Control worked well so do all the other Components in the Console. All Components are Visually in Nice shape. There are a couple of scratches along the Face of the Radio and the Radio Screen. The Navigation Display Screen is Flawless. Land Rover backed Race2Recovery team finishes Dakar Rally
Mon, 21 Jan 2013The Race2Recovery Rally team – a group of disabled servicemen backed by Land Rover – has become the first disabled team to finish the Dakar Rally. Land Rover may have backed the Race2Recovery team in the Dakar Rally, but the real triumph is that of the team’s members as they become the first disabled team to complete the gruelling rally. In the space of just eighteen months, the Race2Recovery team has gone from a handful of disabled servicemen to a fully fledged Dakar Rally Team with 28 people, four Wildcats and a bunch of support vehicles including a pile of Discoveries for transporting the support team and equipment.
RCA team helps develop all-electric London taxi proposal
Fri, 17 Jan 2014The Royal College of Art's Vehicle Design program and the Helen Hamlyn Centre for Design have collaboratedwith Turkish car manufacturer Karsan to develop a proposal for the first all-electric London taxi. An RCA team – co-led by Professor Dale Harrow and the Helen Hamlyn Centre for Design's deputy director Rama Gheerawo – has been working with Karsan and its consultancy Hexagon Studio for over a year and to develop a public transport vehicle to suit Londoners of all ages and abilities. The team analyzed a current London taxi in a ‘co-creation workshop' and conducted interviews with taxi drivers, which showed many are over 65 and frequently spend the entire working day inside their cabs.

The MPV duo will be shown publicly for the first time at that most Eurocratic of motor shows, the 2010 Brussels expo.The facelifts may look mild, but Ford's European design boss Martin Smith says there are more than 1700 new parts, including sheet metal changes. He says the changes are designed to 'give them a fresh new look and more premium appeal.' Both MPVs gain fresh bonnets, grilles, facias and LED tail lights.
