Shipping Policy – Shipment processing period is most frequently 3 business days (weekends, and holidays are not business day). (Express Mail, First Class, and Priority Mail affects shipment in route time, not shipment processing time). Shipments are processed on a first payment received, first item shipped basis. Items are shipped from Central Florida. Keep this in mind when selecting shipping method. We ship most frequently via USPS, or UPS and ship worldwide. International shipping charges are nonrefundable unless we are negligent. Countries outside of the US; if there is no international shipping option stated please contact us for shipping quote prior to purchase. Some countries charge a customs tax/fee on imported items. If there is a charge it is the buyers responsibility. We do not put gift on customs forms. An attempt will be made to contact all buyers via email, to confirm shipment. Other shipping methods may be offered based on weight or size, such as Media Mail, First Class, freight etc. We will combine shipping when an invoice is requested prior to payment, in most circumstances. Return Policy – 60 day return policy If you are unsatisfied for any reason return item for refund of payment less shipping. Such as item is not functional, does not fit your vehicle, there is another problem etc. Refunds are most frequently processed over the weekend. Functionality, and compatibility are not Guaranteed. Many items are from disabled vehicles and cannot be checked. Consider all items to be unchecked. Please include eBay item number for identification with all returns. Shipping charges are nonrefundable. All returns are refund only, unless agreed upon prior to return.
