Returns are accepted within 14 days. No returns on any item after 14 days. The 14 day period starts when the buyer takes possession of the item. To return an item the buyer must contact us via eBay Messages within the 14 day period to obtain return instructions. If we are not notified, the return may be rejected.

This guaranty does not cover failure due to abuse, misuse, improper repairs or maintenance, installation, alteration or modifications, removal, normal wear and tear, and consequential or subsequent damages.

Electrical parts, altered items, and custom orders are not returnable/refundable.

All returned parts must bear our identifying marks.

If free shipping is offered on the listing, the original charged amount from the carrier will be subtracted from the amount refunded.

Buyers of items shipped outside the USA are responsible for customs fees/taxes/duties and may encounter delays due to customs inspections. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be, prior to bidding or buying.

If your purchase has been damaged during shipping, you should refuse the shipment. The carrier will return the product to us and a replacement/refund will be provided. If shipping damage is not apparent until after the driver leaves, please contact the shipping carrier claims department. After initiating the claim, please contact us and we will issue a replacement/refund after the conclusion of the shipping carrier claim.
