Stig test drives motorway pub
Wed, 22 Jan 2014The BBC has released a video of the Stig test driving Britain’s first motorway pub, presumably as a way of promoting its new series of Top Gear. The video shows the Stig pull up at Beaconsfield services in a Vauxhall Insignia, before entering the Hope and Champion pub and posing for photos, and then ordering a pint of beer. Video and design sketch of Honda-badged NSX Concept released
Tue, 07 Feb 2012Honda has revleased a video design sketch of its NSX Concept, due to be unveiled at the 2012 Geneva Motor Show. The company has also released new details concerning the NSX Concept, which was first seen at the Detroit Motor Show sporting an Acura badge. The new NSX is expected to indicate the direction in which they will be heading in terms of the design and technology of Honda's next-generation supercar, widely tipped to be available for purchase in the next few years.
Save £800 a year on fuel
Tue, 06 May 2014DRIVERS in the UK could save more than £800 per year on their fuel bills by following some simple tips. A survey by Ford shows that many drivers don’t carry out simple checks that waste fuel. In the survey, it was found that 76% of drivers in the UK do not check their car’s tyre pressures regularly, which has a major impact on fuel consumption as underinflated tyres cause excess strain on the engine.
