PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING DESCRIPTION OF THIS PART:  Off of an '05 GSXR 600.  Will fit '04 & '05 600's & 750's.  Left subframe rail is straight and in excellent condition...no cracks...no bends...no broken mounts.  Has minor wear from normal use.  Mount where gas tank bolt goes through has two small drill holes in it for a switch that was installed...holes are hidden once rail is installed on bike.  Bolt on and go!

Toyota confirms sticking accelerator fix

The Toyota fix for the sticking accelerator problem (click image for full size) It’s been a fraught time for Toyota with the recall of millions of cars around the world to remedy a faulty accelerator pedal with the potential to stick. And no one – Toyota seemingly included – was too sure exactly how the car maker was going to address such a mammoth problem despite the  Toyota Recall. But it seems the fix has been sorted.

The car will be formally shown at the 2008 Los Angeles motor show and this is only the second photograph of the new cabrio that goes on sale next summer. It’s the convertible version of the G37 Coupe (read our first drive here) and, like its 3-series target, uses a folding hard-top roof.

Philip Glenister will be back on our television screens from Sunday 20 April with a new series called For the Love of Cars. This time it’s all real life, though, as he explores the history of six iconic British cars with a restoration twist. Rather than simply talking about the vehicles, Glenister and the car restoration expert Ant Anstead will set out every week to find and restore an example of each one – starting with the Mk1 Ford Escort Mexico.
