  4. Returns: Will be at our discretion, excluding incorrect shipments as outlined below. Return shipping costs and proper packaging will be the responsibility of the buyer. Also NO return shipments will be accepted or considered without prior consent and an issued RMA.
  5. Incorrect Shipment: If the item(s) shipped to you are not what you purchased, we will exchange for the "CORRECT" model part. If that part is no longer in our inventory we will issue a full refund, once the part is received back. The return shipping process in this circumstance WILL be initiated by us. Please do not self ship without an RMA. This process requires immediate notification and will be effective for 7 business days from the date shipment received.
  6. (Return Merchandise Authorization). We will not issue refunds for parts received back that are broken, disassembled or otherwise in a state/condition different from how they were shipped out.
  7. Exceptions: Only for the conditions of an Incorrectly shipped item, we maintain a "NO Returns", "NO Refunds" policy.
  8. Restocking fees: are not applied normally. HOWEVER, under circumstances where items have been altered, or changed from when shipped out we will impose restocking fees at our discretion.

  2. However, these parts are used, not New, Re-manufactured or Refurbished. We take them from vehicles that either tested by us or certified tested by our sources. That said, even with those caveats, we sometimes get parts that do not function as they should.

  4. Shipping Costs??? : Once again, to keep our prices LOW, we do not offer Free shipping. However we go to great effort to make sure that you will be paying nearly exactly for whatever we get charged. We Do Not charge for any Shipping nor Handling except at our discretion for larger parts we may have to special package. These are usually freight related.
  5. Feedback: We really appreciate getting Positive Feedback. Not everyone gives it, but it's the soul of what keeps sellers on eBay. Also, Negative feedback does not go away quickly. Once an auction closes. You are notified to make payment by eBay's automated system. In some circumstances, you may pay at the time of closing. In either situation, eBay's system notifies us of your purchase.

Once we are notified, receive payment, and the payment clears, we process the shipment.

We ensure orders are filled and shipped promptly. And although we ship either the same or next business day on most orders we do maintain a 2 to 3 business day handling time.

As for the shipping itself, we ship via USPS (normally Priority Mail), FedEx and UPS. The shipping carrier (UPS, FedEx, USPS) are chosen by us unless stated otherwise in the auction.

We take into account several criteria; including the part's size, it's weight and the final destination address.

MOST orders are boxed and shipped out within One to Two Business days of placing your order (Assuming Cleared Payment).

When shipping labels are printed, the tracking information is normally auto-posted to eBay's auction system. Every so often it does not.

Upon receipt of your request we will immediately initiate tracking. Be aware, the process is not always quick since varied shipping methods have different points of tracking.

Ground Shipping delivery in the lower 48 states usually has the following timelines:

  • USPS Priority Mail - About Two Business days.
  • USPS Standard Mail - 5 to 10 Business Days
  • UPS, FedEx usually take anywhere from 3 to 7 business days, on average. Unless Expedited Services are Paid for.
  • We are not responsible for any delays carriers may experience.
  • We are also not responsible for any damage incurred during shipping.

GM's OnStar telematics unit has developed a downloadable application that will let Chevrolet Volt drivers use a Blackberry Storm, Apple iPhone or Motorola Droid to remotely control and monitor some vehicle functions, such as charging. The Volt is slated to go into production late this year and arrive in California utility company fleets by early 2011.
