The listing is for a set of brand new 2004-2006 BMW E46 3-SERIES 2DR COUPE & COVERTIBLE ALL MODELS BLACK HOUSING ELLIPSOID PROJECTOR HEADLIGHTS WITH CLEAR SIGNAL LENS PLUS UHP LED ANGEL EYES UPGRADE.  100% Brand New, never been used.  They are designed to replace your factory Facelift E46's dull headlights which has no Angel Eye Rings and without the Projector Lens.  These new headlights will give you the UPGRADE VERSION (Like the New E46 M3) of Headlights that has the Projector Lens.  IN ADDITION, it will give you the latest and brightest angel eyes rings available for these headlights.  We pre-installed the UHP Angel Eyes for you, no need for additional effort to put them inside the headlights on your end.  A set of remote-on wiring harness will be provided for you to tap to the ECU to power the UHP LED angel eyes, so the UHP LED angel eyes would act as the Daytime Running Lights (DRL), the remote-on wiring harness will also give you the option of remote-on (fade-in/out) feature using your key remote if setup the wiring accordingly.  Made by the German FK's OEM company.  Quality is guaranteed!

Headlights are made by DEPO, high quality headlight with excellent fitment.  We offer HID upgrade to these headlights for halogen based models for additional fee, with HID upgrade, these headlights can also be fitted on 04-06 E46 2DR models with factory HID (xenon) based models with easy wiring tapping to power the high beam.  With the aftermarket HID pre-installed, the low beam will still be HID (xenon) and the high beam will be halogen, auto-leveling and adaptive handling features will be disabled.  If interested in HID upgrade for halogen based models or HID pre-installed for factory HID (xenon) based models, please contact us first for more details.

- Our 4 UHP (Ultra High-Power) LED Angel Eyes (DDE) kit has the latest LED (Not just standard LED, but the latest ultra bright high output High-Power LED) technology.  It does not require inverters like the CCFL (Cold Cathode Fluorescent Light), therefore no inverters to fail or CCFL rings to break, that is why we are able to offer it with LIEFTIME WARRANTY.  This is NOT the old outdated dim LED.  In fact, you will find the old outdated LED's color and output to be a joke by comparison to our new UHP LED.  UHP LED Angel Eyes are even BRIGHTER than the CCFL angel eyes which is already very bright but with the new L.E.D technology, we make it even brighter!  UHP LED Angel Eyes, unlike the CCFL which sometimes has cold-start issue, meaning it needs a little bit warm-up time when turn on in the cold low temperature weather.  CCFL Angel Eyes has a very nice appearance, and everyone loves the bright white Angel Eye upgraded look, but CCFL comes with a few natural issues.  UHP LED Angel Eyes are able to conquer all that issues by making it reliable and even add some more features and brightness to the already nice looking upgrade.  This is a MUST for any BMW owners!  You don't know what you are missing until you see this in person!

RETURNS / EXCHANGE POLICY:
We offer 30 days warranty for the headlight. For shipping damage and shipping error, claim must be made within 48 hours after merchandise shows delivered. Damage that is caused by improper installation, collision, negligence, misuse, or alteration is excluded from this warranty. Products such as automotive lights/lamps, grills, pedals... by nature, are subject to have various degrees of use and wear, they are specifically excluded from this warranty. All return merchandise must obtain pre-approved RMA (authorized return number) from us prior sending them out or they will be refused. They must also be in original condition and package. Shipping charge is non-refundable. Buyers are responsible for all freight charges incurred from the warranty.

For returned items, please first obtain RMA # before returnning the items, the returned items need to be in brand new and resalable conditions without any sign of wear and damage.  The actual shipping is not refundable since it has been used to ship out the package and a 15% restocking fee will be applied for the returned items to cover the labors and materials before the refund is issued.

WARRANTY POLICY ON UHP LED ANGEL EYES:
THE UHP LED ANGEL EYE SYSTEM CARRIES LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY.  THE WARRANTY WILL BE VOID IF THE UHP LED ANGEL EYE SYSTEM SHOWS ANY SIGN OF PHYSICAL DAMAGE TO IT.  IN ADDITION, DAMAGE THAT IS CAUSED BY IMPROPER INSTALLATION, COLLISION, NEGLIGENCE, MISUSE OR ALTERATION IS EXCLUDED FROM THIS WARRANTY.  THIS IS AN AUTOMOTIVE RELATED PRODUCT, BY NATURE, ARE SUBJECT TO HAVE VARIOUS DEGREE OF USE AND WEAR, THEY ARE SPECIFICALLY EXCLUDED FROM THIS WARRANTY.  THIS WARRANTY IS ONLY FOR NEW REPLACEMENT PART, NOT A REFUND ON THE PRODUCT.
