Mon, 09 Jun 2008By Tim Pollard First Official Pictures 09 June 2008 10:12 Bentley subtly revised the lynchpin of its range, the Continental GT, in autumn 2007 – and now it’s applying similar revisions to its saloon sibling, the Flying Spur. Thu, 25 Feb 2010The only photo we have of the Lotus Evora 414E Hybrid Last year we reported on a range extender engine developed by Lotus for use in hybrid cars. The range extender engine was part of a joint project between Lotus, Jaguar, MIRA and Caparo in conjunction with the Technology Strategy Board and was designed to provide charge – rather than drive – for hybrid cars. A solution that seems far more elegant than the current Prius-type setups.

Some are seeking co-operative deals with established companies, but none want the role taken by Chery, producing cars designed and engineered by Chrysler.
