The item for sale is a RH (passenger side) outside mirror for a 04-06 Ford F-150. Power/Heated/Signal, black in color. Signal is rectangular in shape, right below the glass (picture does't show it very well). Brand new Ford OEM, not aftermarket. Ford p/n 6L3Z-17682-CA. Does not have puddle (courtesy) lamp on the bottom (a puddle lamp is a small light on the bottom of the mirror that illuminates the ground below the door).
