Compatibility and Returns

Buyer is responsible for compatibility of the part. Please make sure to check if the part is correct with your local dealer or mechanic.
Customers are full responsible for returning back the merchandise, on their expense. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable! Most of the products are offered with free shipping, meaning shipping has been included in the price to provide you with the total cost of the order. You will be refunded the purchase price less my shipping costs as soon as item is returned to us.

Shipping

We ship by UPS, USPS, FedEx and regional freight carriers; local pickup is also available.

• All engines, transmissions, and other large or heavy items will be shipped freight: NO exceptions. Freight shipments must be delivered to a business address with a loading dock or fork lift access. Residential area and/or lift gate service will be EXTRA charge unless you can pick up the item from the local terminal.

• Shipping price for this item is to the Lower 48 only. Please contact the seller for shipping quotes to Alaska, Guam, Hawaii, US Territories, etc.

• Shipping MUST be made to a physical address; PO Boxes and Military Boxes are not accepted.

• Shipments will be made only to the shipping address provided by PayPal; no changes can be made to the shipping address after it has been provided by PayPal, so ensure your address is correct in PayPal before making your purchase.

• Please provide your information (ZIP code, residential or business zone) to calculate shipping costs to your home or business.

• Items will be shipped within 1-2 business days (excluding holidays and weekends).

• Please inspect the shipment for any damage prior to signing for the part. If damaged, do not accept shipment;WE will contact the shipping company.

Warranty

Standard 30-day warranty on all parts

• All parts are tested after removal from the vehicle. Reasons for return are non-functional items or items that differ substantially from the description only.

• Before making your purchase, YOU MUST verify fitment. Please do your research before buying, as we do NOT guarantee fitment or provide installation instructions.

• We sell used auto parts; light cosmetic damage such as scuffs, scratches, or other imperfections are possible. Damage items will be noted as such in the item description please review before purchase.

• All engines and transmissions are warranted to be in good running order unless otherwise stated. 90 Days Warranty for all Engines and Transmissions

• Engines must have new front and rear main seals, oil, coolant, and filter etc installed; in the event a warranty claim is made, the customer MUST provide dealer verification upon request.

• This used engine comes as block, internally lubricated parts,heads,valve covers, oil pan, intake and timing cover unless other wise  noted. Confirm compatibility below before purchasing. Do not use the eBay compatibility chart!! If you have questions about specific fitments  please contact us.
  
    Warranty: This part includes a standard 90 Day/5,000 MILE warranty. MUST HAVE A VALID CONTACT NUMBER, Business address/Commercial with Dock- VIN AND  MILEAGE BEFORE WE CAN SHIP!!!!Please include this information in the  "notes" section when purchasing. No labor charges are covered under the  standard warranty
• 1. Change the rear main seal.
  2. Change out oil-pan gasket and clean the pickup tube.
  3. Flush the lines.
    4. Add new water pump and thermostat.
    5. Change the timing belt if applicable.
  
• 6.Transmissions kits, seals- output and input shaft seals, fluid etc.
  **Warranty covers block, heads and internals only**

• Please note again this warranty does not cover attached items or accessories, such as water pumps, fuel pumps, carburetors, distributors, computers, etc.

• Warranty is VOID if heat tabs are melted or removed.

• All our parts have marks/hologram security stickers, stamps; please make sure that returns arrive to us in the same condition in which you received it. Returns will be VOID if marks or security labels are removed.

• Transmission assemblies are sold as excellent  working used parts. Transmissions will include torque converters (if  automatic) unless otherwise noted in the note section. On AWD/4x4  transmissions, the transfer case will not be included. Exterior sensors  are usually included, however, sensors are not covered under our  warranty and may need replacing. Transmissions are drained before  shipment, therefore, they must be flushed and filled with new  transmission fluid/and filter. Transmissions are considered a freight  item. All heavy or large freight items must be shipped to business  address or picked up at a freight terminal. Hospitals, Schools, Home  Business, and Military Base are not accepted as a valid zoned business.  Terminal locations can be located by supplying your zip code to us. We  will not pay for any accessory charges such as lift gate, limited  delivery, or special handling. Customers must be able to handle the  unloading of the items. Attention: If you order an item incorrectly or  if it is just not needed, this does not fall under buyer protection or  our warranty. You may return the part but actual shipping costs incurred will not be refundable. On "free shipping" auctions, obviously, we do  not get "free shipping." Our actual cost we paid to ship this item will  not be refunded regardless of the fact you were offered "free shipping." This part will only fit the makes and models with the options shown  above. eBay's compatibility should not be used as it is often  incorrect.

Mechanical Part Grading

A = Less than or equal to 60k miles, or greater than 60k miles but less than or equal to 200k miles and less than or equal to 15k miles per year
B = Greater than 60k miles and less than or equal to 200k miles but greater than 15k miles per year
C = Greater than 200k miles
