Up for sale is the NICEST and CLASSIEST BMW E60 5 series SET OF 3 custom grills.  These grills are custom made by ME.  As you can see in the pictures they look very nice and classy.  I am selling all three grills with the Galvanized metal wire for EASY, NO, SUPER EASY INSTALLATION!  I see that other Custom grills cut out holes for the Fog lights but why?  As you can see in the pictures the grill hides the fog lights nicely but even in the day time when you put the fog lights on they shine thru without any light obstruction.  They shine perfectly bright at night time as well.  I have provided many pictures of the front bumper without the custom grills and with them installed. The grill "mesh" is NOT the cheap thin, easily bendable mesh that is just like cheap chicken wire and commonly sold on here.  The grills you will be getting is about 1/8" thick and made of pure aluminum.  It is definitely durable!

The THREE grill pieces you will be receiving will fit in bumpers that look like the picture.  SO THAT MEANS, If you have the M3 bumper, these will not fit. Duh.

When you receive the three grills wrapped in a clean rubber trim as pictured and a roll of Galvanized wire (that will not rust). So the grills will be ready for instant installation.

EASY INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS:
TOOLS NEEDED: Small needle nose pliers & small wire cutters

Very simple fellas.  All you have to do first is remove all THREE OEM pieces where these new grills will go.  The OEM pieces pull right out without any tools.  The Left and right "sub-grills" cover up the fog light area.  they DO NOT support the fog lights at all so do not worry about the lights falling out.  You will not need those two pieces anymore but go ahead and store them in the garage.  The middle "sub-grill" is just aesthetic look and the pieces pulls right out. Also put that in the garage.
Now that you have removed the three sub-grills you are ready for a quick 20 minute installation of these Aluminum grills using the Galvanized wire, a small wire cutter and a small needle nose pliers.

Cut about (20) 10" pieces of the galvanized wire

(note) The "sub-grills' had clips that kept them on the bumper, now that you have removed them, the clips are exposed and you will use them to hold the custom grills in place

Put the wires thru the holes of the clips located all around the LEFT & RIGHT Voids where the fog lights are.

as you push the custom grill into the void make sure to let the wire go into the two of the holes (next to each other) of the grill.  There will be a total of about 7 clips with wires to do.

Once the grill is in place and the wires are sticking thru, you will be using the pliers to twist the wires (JUST LIKE YOU DO WHEN YOU CLOSE UP THE BREAD USING THE TWIST TIES)

Now that you have secured all of the metal wires you will now use the small wire cutters to trim the excess

Lastly use the small pliers to push the "twisted end" into the hole and watch it diasappear.  leaving you with a clean installation and NO NEED TO REMOVE THE BUMPER TO INSTALL.

Repeat this step two more times for the second and third grills.

Finally- Drive off in your new classy looking custom grills!

Mahindra XUV500 heading for Europe

Sun, 26 Aug 2012

Mahindra & Mahindra – India’s biggest SUV maker – is heading for Europe with the Mahindra XUV500 SUV. Mahindra & Mahindra are India’s biggest maker of SUVs, but are perhaps best known in Europe for the Ssangyong brand, but they’re on a quest to be major car player in the rest of the world, not just India. That quest is behind their acquisition of failing Korean car maker Ssangyong and the attempt to grab what was left of Saab from the liquidators.

Concept Car of the Week: GM-X Stiletto (1964)

Fri, 01 Nov 2013

With dreams of flying cars as the ultimate inspiration, General Motors designers in the ‘60s used every trick possible to make their creations appear as though they were floating – long, straight bodies, wheels pushed in and hidden away, large fins and lights that looked like rockets. As William L. Mitchell took the reins of GM Design, he brought a more high-tech approach, with simpler surfaces, a more restrained use of chrome and a general sense of elegant simplicity.

Boy, 3, takes family car for a spin

Fri, 25 Jul 2014

A THREE-YEAR-OLD boy took his family's car for a ride - and drove down two embankments in West Sussex before ending up in a pub garden with just a bumped head. The boy started up the engine to the automatic Subaru Impreza and drove off down the family's long driveway in Henley, near Midhurst. He then carried on, driving down two embankments before ending up in the garden of the nearby 16th Century Duke of Cumberland Arms pub.
