Issue:

Both driver and passenger sides have minor scratches and scuff marks on lens. Both driver and passenger sides have signs of condensation on the inside, indicating the seal may be broken, and water may be leaking inside. Both driver and passenger side black paint on the edges of the light have not been proplery applied. This item does not come with light bulbs, wiring harness, screws, or instructions on how to install.
