Rough idle, low power, high MPG, not flexible acceleration, too long of a cranking  time with a hot engine.......you probably have a damaged fuel distributor diaphragm (even the smallest one) or an internal leak in the fuel  distributor, or both. This is probably because of modern fuel additives & the introduction of ethanol into fuel.
Repair kit for a four
cylinder alloy Bosch KE Jetronic Fuel Distributor
New technology allows us to maintain not only absolute precision in manufacturing the diaphragm, but also handling the cutting corners in a way that the edges of the nylon mesh inside the diaphragm become thermally connected to the base layers of the diaphragm.
The result is exceptional strength and durability while maintaining the original elasticity of the diaphragm.
Repair kit for a four cylinder alloy Bosch KE-Jetronic Fuel Distributor

De Nysschen also floated a bold new global sales target of 600,000 units by around 2020, from just 170,000 last year.
