 Shipping and Handling

Shipping is FREE each way to a commercial property or shipping depot in the United States with the exception of Alaska, Hawaii, all off-shore U.S. territories and possessions. If you require lift gate delivery or residential delivery those services are not free.

We can deliver to your repair shop or home & free pick up of core when ready with no upfront core charges. We do require the core to be returned.

Manufacturing Process

Our manufacturing process begins when core Transmissions are returned & torn down to be rebuilt. All transmissions are disassembled & cleaned to remove all deposits & rust from the cores.

With the added upgrades from the OEM Manufacturers, PERA & AERA we are providing you with a product that exceeds original specifications.

Testing

After our Transmissions are fully assembled they are ran through a simulation test which confirms that the Transmissions has been assembled correctly. We also pressure test the cooling system. This is all done with quality control scheduled inspections of completed Transmissions to insure that the product you receive is in proper working order & when properly installed will stay that way for years to come.

Warranty

All products come with a 3 year unlimited mileage  nationwide parts and labor warranty. Towing and car rental are included in this warranty up to $200. Each warranty is tagged to the VIN number and goes with the vehicle not the owner so no transfer fees. The work must be performed at a ASE certified business but can be done at any repair facility, dealership, or fleet shop. Our warranty process is fast and simple we help you eliminate any other sources (TCM, PCM, mounts, wiring, and connectors) and if the problem is found in our product a new one is shipped out same day. All labor is paid up front after the invoice is submitted and we pay for diagnostics, fluids, and any other subsequent charges.

Returns

Returns are accepted minus shipping and handling fees. Most engines are $350 each way plus $150 handling fee.
