Government Urges Passengers To 'Speak Up' To Halt Drink-Drivers

IN A bid to prevent drunk drivers from taking the wheel the Government is encouraging passengers to speak up to help reduce the risk of any serious consequences. Bentley is giving a glimpse of its future this morning with a teaser shot of the Arnage successor due out in 2011. Look for a public debut this summer, possibly in concept form at the Pebble Beach concours, where the British luxury maker is one of the featured companies as it marks its 90th anniversary. Details are scarce, though the teaser shows a lengthy hood, a prominent grille and big fenders--hallmarks of the Bentley line.

Former BMW designer Chris Chapman has been appointed as Hyundai's Chief Designer, based at its design center in Irvine, California. He will be responsible for both advanced and production design for the Korean brand and replaces Phil Zak, who left the company early in 2011 to return to GM. He will report to SukGeun Oh, Head of Design, Senior Executive Vice President Hyundai Design Center.
