Here at Cleveland Pick-A-Part, we value our customers and the parts they purchase very highly. Each purchase is fully packaged all the way around very carefully and insured with the shipping company.
Standard crate fee of $50 will apply on engine sized items, and may be more depending on size and weight of item purchased. Please contact us for a quote.
If you see two shipping prices, that is a RANGE of what the shipping cost could be. Contact us for a quote, do NOT assume the cheapest rate will be yours!
Signature confirmation can be added to each item for an additional $2. We will not be responsible for packages released at front porches or at front doors. Please note that if you are not available, some carriers will leave the package around your house without your consent.
If you provide us with an incorrect address for truck freight shipments, you will be liable for any additional charges outside of original quoted rate. Any shipping quotes are valid for one week. If you order a freight shipment, you will be required to provide two forms of photo ID upon delivery or pickup from a terminal .

Please allow 1-3 business days after payment has been received for handling ground items, and 3-5 business days for freight items. Express shipments MUST be called in by 10:30AM EST.
International shipping is available at the customer's cost. All flat rate charges are quoted to the lower 48 states only! Shipping rates are valid for one week. Import duties, taxes and charges (typically collected upon delivery or pickup) are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the item price or shipping charges. Standard 90-Day Warranty on all parts unless otherwise noted.
All returned items that are found functional will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. We will not pay to have your item shipped back to us unless it is damaged in shipping or found defective. All items MUST be opened and inspected within 72 hours. Freight must be inspected BEFORE signing any documents from the freight carrier, or the insurance will not be honored. If you receive a damaged freight shipment, DO NOT SIGN FOR IT AND CONTACT US!

Customers that receive items from us have NO AUTHORIZATION to go into any parts or engines. If there is a problem, CONTACT US! We will resolve it. Once you go inside a part or engine, the warranty is void. We do not cover track abuse or drag strip racing.
