This is a used (oem) part that will have all the normal wear and tear of a used part being sold in as is condition. The grille is two tone in color and in the lower right side has a small crack in the darker color (pic). The outer dark part that has the crack also has come loose from the main grille, this can be repaired and there looks to be no parts missing. The emblem is black in color. All mount tabs are good and there may be a nick or so in the grille from normal wear. We try our best to find and show all damage and never try to hide anything from a buyer. Giles Taylor appointed Head of Exterior Design at Rolls-Royce

Taylor, who has spent the last 10 years in British automotive design roles and headed up the design team who created the XK and XJ model series under the direction of Ian Callum at Jaguar, will fill the vacant position in the Rolls-Royce design team. He will be based in West Sussex, UK, and report to Rolls‑Royce's Chief Designer, Ian Cameron.
