All international shipping is done through eBay Global Shipping Program, some countries and items do not qualify for the program so if you click on shipping and payments tab and your country is not listed there then I can not ship there, all prices for international shipping are set by the program and I can not change them (I can not even change the invoice). We only ship on week days and we are closed on weekends so if you buy and item on Friday afternoon or Saturday we will ship on Monday morning (I usually pack and ship on Friday until 3pm-4pm est until USPS and UPS pick up so as many packages as possible leave before weekend). You are buying used part and if there is a problem contact me as soon as possible, I will do my best to work out the problem. I will only give full refund for items not as described or not working.
